Subscription Purchase Order Terms

This Order (“Order”) is between EngineBI Inc. (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date this Order has been completed (the “Effective Date”). By completing this Order, the parties agree to the pricing and additional terms set forth herein for Customer’s use of the Services, all of which shall be provided pursuant to Company’s Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) located at Terms & Conditions, which are hereby incorporated into this Order by reference. The Terms may be updated from time to time in accordance with their terms. Customer shall ensure that Company’s privacy policy, located at Privacy Policy, is made available to all persons with respect to which any information that constitutes personal information or other information regulated by applicable privacy laws is provided to Company by Customer.  Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Order shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Order and the Terms, the provisions of this Order shall prevail.

Except as expressly provided in the Terms, all Fees are non-refundable. Early termination of the Agreement shall not entitle the Customer to any refund of Fees.
